    with this set of exercises up there? never. Not that you wouldnt burn any… but it wouldnt be enough to show your abs in an awesome manner. for that, you can’t help but add stuff like sprinting and manic squat repetitions. Sprinting a lot, sprinting up stairs a lot and doing all the moves in this video PLUS a selected TYPE and NATURE of food however could get you there (abs of glory/hollywoodripe abs) in under 4 months. But that regiment is a near death experience. for some… :-)
