Just go jogging,like about 5 km everyday,or more,do push ups and sit ups and you will lose a lot of fat in a month.or even a week.thats what i do.

oh and if you guys need any help on exercises then message me,when i was in high school(a year ago haha)i bench pressed 405 pounds(i weighed 300 pounds at the time,football star with D-1 football scholarships but i blew it)i weigh around 265 now,so if you want to know the programs i followed(not the diet)then let me know,because this video honestly is horrible.the food that burns fat is good though,no disrespect to this guy at all,he’s smart with the dieting part,not the exercising part though.
the best way to lose weight is eat right and train like a MMA fighter,which in other words,besides doing all of the crazy exercises i do,run with trash bags on your body layers of clothing,you can honestly lose 20 pounds in an EXTREMELY short amount of time,but it IS dangerous,it’s only for cutting weight before a fight if you can’t make the weight.But make sure you workout 45 minutes a day and have 30-45 min. of cardio for the average person,i do way more than that for fighting though.
he’s giving broad information so that you can learn something from the video. therefore after a while you can design your own workouts and dont rely on some1 telling you EXACTLY what to do. if u listen and think about it you as a beginner can take a lot from this video
